Bayfront Park Offers Free Weekly Yoga Classes
The word yoga is derived from the Sanskrit root yuj meaning ’join together.’ At Tina Hills Pavilion in Bayfront Park, that is exactly what many of yoga fanatics join together to do every week.
Known as Yoga in the Park, this ancient practice is has been extremely popular within the local community.
And no wonder–just a few of yoga’s health benefits include:

Their 1000th free ( yes, it’s completely FREE ) yoga class occurred last month, with every class taught by a certified yoga instructor.
Anyone is welcome to join no matter your skill level. However you must be at least 18 years of age to register for the class upon arrival. Participants should come prepared with their own yoga mat, water, and towel.
