Wake Up and Smell the Roses

History meets nature at Vizcaya Museum & Gardens, located just 20 minutes from Eloquence Resort.

Originally built in 1916, Vizcaya is one of Miami’s most well-recognized historical landmarks.

Vizcaya was first the home of American industrialist James Deering, becoming a public museum shortly after his death. The beautiful gardens are decorated with elements from Renaissance, Italian, and French designs and the home was originally built to resemble an Italian Estate.

The gardens offer all sorts of exciting events and activities. Take a stroll through the moonlight on one of their Moonlight Garden Tours or catch on of their many special performances and talks that are hosted there.

Guided tours are offered daily  at 11:30 am, 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm, and 2:30pm.
