Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and if you’re going to be in Miami for the holiday, there are plenty of ways to join in on the festivities!
- Bring your entire family can come experience Miami’s biggest Thanksgiving Day celebration, the Thanksgiving Day Parade. There will be plenty of floats and music to enjoy.
- For all you health nuts out there, work off that gigantic Thanksgiving meal and sign up for the Miami Turkey Trot. You can choose whether to run or walk a 10k or 5k, and there is also a children’s race available. Participants and supporters are encouraged to bring canned food to donate to those in need of a Thankgiving meal.
The race takes place on Thanksgiving day.

Kids’ Trot Start: 9:00am

Race participants will receive a t-shirt, and family discounts are available. Over 5,000 turkey trotters are expected to participate this year!
